a. Microphone & Audio Recording: Master Minutes requests access to your device’s microphone to enable recording. All audio recordings are saved directly to local storage. We do not upload files to external servers or analyze your recordings.
b. Speech Recognition: The app uses Apple’s Speech Recognition API. This processing is handled by the iOS operating system. We do not capture this data.

The app does not use third-party services that collect identifying information.

Since we do not collect your data, we do not have a retention policy. Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it or delete the application. If you delete the Master Minutes app, all data stored within the app (including audio files and PDF records) will be permanently deleted from your device. We cannot recover this data for you as we do not have a copy.
